At Forget Me Knot - Gifts for Dementia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refunds & Returns Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Please ensure you select your items carefully before purchasing.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • To process your claim, we may require:
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • Your order details
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

3. Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

4. Returning Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 Days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Consumer Guarantees

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • If a product does not meet acceptable quality, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
